ScalaGAUSS aims at analyzing large-scale data with parallel processing. Two implementations, Matlab and C++, are available. Questions, comments and bug reports may be directed to ScalaGAUSS@mcs.anl.gov.

TreeCodeMatern is a standalone C++ parallel program for computing matrix-vector multiplications with the Matern kernel based the tree code algorithm. The code might be additionally integrated into ScalaGAUSS in a future release.
